ERP Suites is actively hiring a Content Manager to lead our written content strategy and execution. This is a high-impact role designed for someone who understands business operations and enjoys translating complex ideas into clear, authoritative content.
Your mission will be to help us become the most trusted voice in our space by publishing educational, buyer-focused content that increases organic search visibility, improves AI discoverability, and supports sales conversations.
You will report directly to the Marketing Director and collaborate closely with consultants and the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Authority Building
- Write and publish at least two in-depth, authoritative articles per week
- Structure content for clarity, engagement, and search performance
- Create content that answers real buyer questions and reduces friction in the sales process
- Regularly interview internal subject matter experts
- Translate complex business and technical discussions into clear, accessible insights
- Ensure accuracy and authority in all published material
- Generate 10+ new article ideas per month aligned with sales priorities
- Manage and maintain the editorial calendar
- Identify content gaps that impact buyer education
- Leverage tools such as HubSpot, GA4, Google Search Console, and SEO platforms
- Optimize for organic search and generative AI visibility
- Use performance data to continuously improve results
- Incorporate AI tools to improve efficiency without sacrificing quality
- Collaborate with sales to identify common objections and buyer questions
- Produce content that supports revenue and shortens the sales cycle
Educational background
- A degree in Business, English, Journalism, and Public Relations is highly preferred but not mandatory. Commensurate experience will be considered.

Required:
- Strong writing and editorial skills
- Ability to understand complex business operations (manufacturing, supply chain, distribution, accounting, finance, IT)
- Curiosity and confidence in interviewing technical subject matter experts
- Ability to write for executive and technical audiences
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Comfort working with data to inform decisions
- Experience in ERP, consulting, SaaS, or enterprise IT
- B2B content marketing experience
- Familiarity with HubSpot, GA4, Search Console, or SEO tools
- Experience using AI tools in content workflows
